MEET BRITTANIE
Brittanie is the owner and lead designer of Abbie Cakes Co.! Before Abbie Cakes, she baked and decorated cakes as a hobby while working full time as a registered nurse. Her hobby slowly began to take over and before she knew it, Brittanie was running a full-blown business out of her house! When the opportunity of opening Abbie Cakes as a store front presented itself, Brittanie capitalized. She made the decision to leave her job at the hospital to open up the sweet kitchen known as Abbie Cakes Co.!

The bakery has been successfully running for over a year now! The name of the kitchen was inspired by Brittanie’s daughter, Abbie, but despite the title, they specialize in so much more than just cakes! Their daily rotating menu consists of cupcakes, macarons, cake pops, cookies, brownies, muffins, avocado toast, and more! In addition to these amazing treats, they also have a full-service coffee bar for all you coffee lovers out there! How fun?!
FAVORITE CREATION
Although the shop offers many yummy desserts, Brittanie’s favorite creation is her cakes! Abbie Cakes was founded on custom cakes and it’s still her passion today. No matter the occasion, Brittanie thinks there is nothing more rewarding than creating a cake that brings both her and her client’s vision to life.
